How did I get here? Who are you? Where is my mom? What is this place? Babies’ eyes are always full of questions about the world. To them, the world is an unknown place; a wonderful and scary place at the same time. Circumstances throw some babies in right at the deep end: to face a hostile world. They have to look for food, shelter and warmth n a cruel world full of danger. That was the case with this baby. She fell from an engine of a car in the middle of a busy highway, looking around lost, just a tiny thing that fits in the palm of the hand. Within that same day she found herself from the street into safety. As if she knows what she was spared, she is the picture of happiness. She plays carefree; she communicates all the time seeking attention and physical contact, and kneads incessantly, and sleeps together with other kittens. How can she not be happy now that she is being taken care of, petted and loved?
